SHARON PIPPUS

BSc, RMT

Welcome!

My name is Sharon Pippus, owner and practitioner of

Renovaré Health Therapy.

I began treating clients in my home over 20+ years ago, having worked with infants all the way to seniors. Outside of work, I cherish my role as wife, mom, and grandma (to 6). I love nothing better than family time, a hike in nature, or a new learning opportunity!

I invite you to read through my personal journey with CranioSacral Therapy (CST), and other modalities, and to ask any questions you may have.

I strongly believe in what I do, and would love to work with you towards a healthier future!

My Story

"Homeostasis is the tendency of a system to always be seeking to maintain optimal balance, equilibrium, and stability."

The term - homeostasis - initially had meaning for me as a Bachelor of Science student many years ago.  At that time, I viewed homeostasis only from a physiological point of view.

About 20 years ago, I encountered some unexpected health challenges.  Severe post-traumatic stress and two failed knee surgeries resulted in significant health issues. After encountering and receiving CranioSacral Therapy (CST) and Lymph Drainage Therapy (LDT) for several months, I was able to exercise and enjoy the outdoors once again, and my post-traumatic stress symptoms began to decrease.  What I learned through that time is that our bodies have been designed to heal!  They want to be in a state of homeostasis!  But sometimes they need support.  Since that time 20 years ago, I have continued to receive CST on a monthly basis to support my body’s health.

The amazing thing is that CST and LDT support homeostasis not just on a physiological level, but also on a mental, emotional, and spiritual level.  As this happens, pain and stress are naturally eliminated, the immune system is strengthened, healing occurs on multiple levels, and an increased sense of well-being is experienced.  Why?  Because CST and LDT have supported the body to come to a place of homeostasis as much as is possible.

In 2003, I took my first CST course and I have not stopped learning since then.  It has been my privilege to support many people, from infants to seniors, over the years. I am grateful for all that I have learned as my clients have allowed me to facilitate their body’s wisdom to heal.
